Design Intelligence Conference

A conference examining the future of artificial intelligence in the graphic design industry

Project Tasks

We created a brand design and applied it to social media images, an Eventbrite listing image, Mailchimp eblast design, namecards, and a poster design.

Social media image and enews mailers for conferences, panels, and events should have diverse topics to highlight, ie: who (speakers, quotes), what , where, when (general image with logo), why (highlight sessions and topics) so you can share the content in many different ways to catch the attention of your audience.

Creating an engaging visual identity is key for attracting people to events and conferences. This is a popular request and we love creating brand designs and all related collateral for events.

Design elements you need for your conference or event marketing:

Logo + brand design

A unique logo and brand design that will entice your desired audience and make your material easily identifiable online.

Social media images

  • General images
  • Speaker profiles
  • Sessions + topics
  • Sponsors
  • Highlights of the event

Eblasts

We use Mailchimp typically and content to share would be:

  • General introduction
  • Speaker profiles
  • Sessions + topics
  • Sponsors
  • Highlights of the event
  • Reminders

Website

Larger events will require a website to hold all of the content that your audience needs for reference, including:

  • speaker bios
  • event dates
  • speaker schedules
  • sponsors

Agendas

Could be a simple flyer with session times or more detailed with speaker photos, bios and full sponsor details.

Posters

Street or campus advertising is effective and will connect with an audience potentially less likely to be on social media.
